13. Habitat: Dirt hills of spillway sand. Most of area open with Indigo and other grasses and a few willow snags.

Typical phoebe flight but flew to the ground to pick up bugs

See photo’s.  Light gray with dark tail and darker on side of face.  Black bill. Rufus on lower breast and belly.
