If it was one of the Lesser Nighthawks seen Saturday, there were a lot of people who viewed this bird.

Behavior of bird: 

I ran into John Dillon at Peveto. He told me of the Lesser Nighthawk he had seen. We went looking for it and flushed it three times.

 

Description:

The white wingbars were low on the bird's wing suggesting a Lesser Nighthawk. Additionally it was lighter in color than a Common Nighthawk. The two characteristics distinguishing it from a Common Nighthawk are the white wing bars which were low on the wing and the color of the Nighthawk. It was lighter in color than the Common Nighthawk.
