mostly resting on pond baffles that are used to assist with
circulation/retention of water in the treatment area. Large numbers of Blue-winged Teal, Green-winged
Teal and Northern Shoveler present in treatment area. |

Teal-sized duck with dark reddish head, neck and breast, dark bill and red
eye. Pale blue covert feathers on
wings observed when bird was preening. |
