Description (include only what was actually seen, not what "should" have been seen; include if possible: total length/relative size compared to other familiar species, body bulk, shape, proportions, bill, eye, leg, and plumage characteristics. Stress features that separate it from similar species):

 

Size in range of smaller HERG; bicolored bill, long and not very deep, yellowish flesh w/ dark tip; heavily streaked nape; eye smudge; mantle slightly darker than HERG; primaries very dark brown, mottled-grey-mottled pattern in folded secondaries (lesser-median-greater coverts?); white below; tail dark terminal band with white rump; pale greenish legs.

17. Similar species (include how they were eliminated by your observation): HERG and LBBG ruled out by combination of leg color, bill pattern, tail pattern, mantle color.
