Bird flew up into nearby bare branches of honey locust tree, sat for a
few seconds, then flew into nearby live oaks.
It was not relocated. |

15. Description: A
bright orange oriole with distinct black eyeline, gular patch, crown, and lores. Back and wings black; wing coverts extensively
white, and with white edges to flight feathers forming broad white wing
patch. Tail orange and black. Bird seen very briefly. |

your observation): Baltimore Oriole
similar, but face pattern and wing pattern of this bird eliminates
Baltimore. No sign of unusual plumage
that would indicate a hybrid. |
