Mowed yard adjacent to a coulee.

Behavior of bird: 

Feeding on ground under a hanging bird feeder with a
mixed flock of mourning doves, white winged doves and Eurasian collared
doves.

Description:

Yellow legs, Yellow bill with black bar near tip, gray
plummage and slightly larger than a Eurasian collared dove that was
feeding next to it.

Voice:

Didn't hear.

As close as I
can be.  I have never seen another dove or pigeon with yellow legs and a
yellow bill with a black bar on it.
