assure that all pertinent information is accounted for). Attach additional

15. Description (include only what was actually seen, not
what "should" have been seen; include if possible: total
length/relative size compared to other familiar species, body bulk, shape,
proportions, bill, eye, leg, and plumage characteristics. Stress features
that separate it from similar species): Fairly large warbler. Upperparts deep
slaty-gray with sparse darker streaking on back. Yellow
coronal patch. White arcs above and below eyes, otherwise face slaty gray, perhaps darker lores.
Throat bright yellow and very cleanly demarcated. Chest very dark blackish
gray. Belly white, with dark gray streaks along flanks. Wings very dark gray
with broad white patch on median and greater wing coverts. Bright yellow
rump. |

your observation): Distinctive. I did not see any indication of “Myrtle”
characters. |
